If you're looking to grow your business on Instagram as a creator-preneur, you won't be able to do it alone. You will still need essential tools that will help you create better content, optimize your time, automate, etc
In today's post, I will be sharing 6 essential tools for Instagram that will help you not only grow your Instagram but most importantly, your business. Because we're all here to make some money, right?
6 tools for Instagram that will help you grow your creator-preneur business
1. Adobe Express
Most people will talk about Canva, but in my opinion, Canva is already a bit overused. Like that Instagram trend that everyone keeps jumping on super late? That's what Canva is like to me.
Why do I prefer Adobe Express?
First of all, it's Adobe. It's been the leader in the creative industries and is known for its innovative software solutions that empower creative professionals like you to create, manage, and deliver engaging digital content and experiences.
Nothing beats that. 👊
And as I said before, it brings a sense of freshness with its templates, designs, and features that Canva certainly doesn't offer.
The best part? It is 100% free (unless you want to use specific features) but honestly, with the free version, you're already getting so much value.
Here are 3 more reasons why I made the switch from Canva:
Adobe Express offers more advanced editing capabilities than Canva, such as color correction and professional-grade effects.
Adobe Express has a larger selection of customizable templates, fonts, and shapes to choose from compared to Canva.
Adobe Express also integrates with other Creative Cloud applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for further customization options.
I create all my carousels, reel covers, slides for my courses, email banners, etc with Adobe!
2. Metricool
Alright, this has got to be my absolute favorite tool because it has all-in-one. It's not only a scheduler like most scheduling tools out there.
With Metricool you can plan, research, do competitive benchmarks, find hashtags, post to all social media channels, write captions for your social media posts with AI, track results, analyze, and create reports.
It's super easy to use and very intuitive and I just LOVE that they're always adding new features thinking about ways in which they can improve the lives of their users.
Metricool is 100% free, but you can actually try any of their premium plans for FREE by clicking here, and using my promo code: CREATOR ACADEMY.
3. Text Cortex
I know everyone is going crazy about Chat GPT, but I found a better option that offers both a free and a paid version.
My favorite thing is that it has a Chrome extension. This means you can use it pretty much anywhere, without having to leave and open a new window. You can ask right on the spot.
It also offers a feature called Creator Suite, which offers 60+ AI writing templates catered to your needs. Email generator, website copy generator, long-form content generator, and of course, social media post generators.
Another of my favorite features, for my friends struggling with writer's block, is the Writer’s Unblocker. This is an exclusive interface that appears on Google Docs, Gmail, and Notion, which will help you kickstart your writing as soon as you start on a blank page.
4. Stan Store
Stan Store is one of the best tools for creators to grow their businesses, especially with small digital products.
They're also an all-in-one tool that includes a link in bio micro-site where you can drive traffic to other channels, capture leads, or sell your products directly from this micro-site.
This means people don't have to go through multiple steps before filling out a form to join your email list or buy your product, and you know that the fewer steps there are, the more likely that person will convert.

5. InstaChamp
This is probably one of the best tools you'll want to use to grow your creator-preneur business on Instagram.
InstaChamp is a DM automation or Chatbot Marketing tool. This is the use of chatbots to promote your products, and services or to generate leads for your business.
I use it all the time to turn my Instagram followers into email subscribers and eventually customers of my business.
There are other tools for this, but I've found that InstaChamp is the easier one (and also the most affordable).
You basically choose a trigger keyword and ask people to either comment or DM that word, and the bot will automatically send the response with the link.
It's a great conversation starter and could help you save so much time!
I'll be doing a specific post dedicated to DM automation.
6. Kajabi
Kajab is another all-in-one tool for creator-preneurs looking to scale their social media business through digital courses, memberships, coaching, and email.
I host most of my products in Kajabi, including my blog and website.
And I love that they have an email marketing tool so you can have all your contacts, all your emails, and sequences linked to your products in one place.
It's easy to use, you don't need to be tech-savvy and they have great customer support.
Now, Kajabi is a little bit more expensive than the previous tools, but it's totally worth the investment.
Alright, those are some of the tools I'm currently using to grow my creator-preneur business on social media.
Should I do a part? Let me know in the comments!
